This was a small boat tied to a dock at Fulford Harbour on Salt Spring Island.  For about three years I ferried over to SSI every Sunday so saw the terminal area frequently.

I enjoyed painting this and will probably paint another one from a different angle.  I spent my budgeted allotment of two hours on this but am fairly satisfied with the result.  As artists we can always see things that should be changed, improved, or deleted, but there comes a time when one has to just stop and say "It's OK for my abilities at the moment. When I reach the stage of perfection then I'll be satisfied, until then it's a learning, growing, developing experience to be enjoyed!

Thanks for checking in.  Another 27 to come (hopefully).  I learned this morning that there are 411 artists participating in the challenge.  Great experience.
